The shower was a highlight—fantastic water pressure and it maintained a consistent temperature throughout my stay.
The reception hours were quite limited, only open from 4-6 PM, which made arrival planning challenging.

Had a boss stay with the sound staff and a spotlessly clean room. The location's fab too, near the shops and all! Only downside was sharing the toilets though, a bit awkward but all in all, it was a proper good stay!

Exceptionally clean with a wonderfully positioned location.
Unfortunately, my room, the Norton room, was at the base of a steep staircase, which made it rather tough for me and my partner in our mid-70s. We struggled with the heating as well. it was set to max on a warm day, and the radiator controls were confusing. The courtesy light near the bathroom also caused disturbances at night, waking us both multiple times, making sleep challenging.

This will save you time and money
An absolute delight! Clean, spacious rooms with comfy beds and stunning decor. The quiet atmosphere, despite being near the main road, ensures a restful stay. Breakfast is to die for, served with care, even the beans come separately! Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. A hidden gem worth every penny!

The double room was really comfy, and the bed was great for a cozy night. It was super clean and nicely decorated, which made it feel inviting. The shower was a highlight too—lots of pressure and held the temperature well! Just wish the WiFi had been a bit more reliable. it dropped a few times on the top floor.

We loved being just a short walk from the historic Norton Village. The place was spacious enough for our large family, including our pet, so it felt like home away from home.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if they had more soundproofing between rooms.

Solo traveler cozy hideaway
The room was clean with a comfy double bed, really made the stay nice! I liked that the shower had great pressure and kept the temp just right, I could actually enjoy a good wash after a long day!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but it still felt acceptable for what you get in return.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend escape in Stockton-on-Tees with value for money. The owner came out to meet us even though we arrived well before check-in time, which was really nice. Make sure to plan your arrival around the reception hours.
